Pros
Fixed Shift No job pressure Opportunity to get multi skilled
Cons
loads and loads of it first the management does not know as to what its speaking they tend to be very contradictory managers throw a lot of attitude give a lot of preference to people who butter them up the only company in the world that functioned and made its employees suffer without an ac for nearly 6-7 months They do not hire people from respectful backgrounds . the people working there use a ghetto style language no background check conducted to see if the employee is educated or not No salary growth from the past two years. the management treats employees as slaves. the company its self is run like a school no wonder the employees of this wonderful organization behave like school kids and forget that they are grown adults If you are thinking of moving up yeah sure you will get promoted when you reach your retirement age ! They care a damn They care a damn and do not care for their employees. they are strong believers in the concept of "REVENUE FIRST THAN EMPLOYEE FIRST" so in case if you are sick/ stuck in a holocaust / caught in a tsunami / giving your exams / on your deathbed etc etc etc these people will still call u and make you work . if you don't turn up they will give u a warning letter or terminate you. so if you plan to take a holiday think twice these people don't have a humane touch
