Dangerous environment, if you get hurt it's your fault. Discriminatory towards women and minorities. Will force overtime. Dangerous area, hardly any training before going on shift new crew every three months due to mistreatment. Clear favoritism and mistreatment of staff. Threatening language and arguments started by management when safety concerns raised.
