To provide some additional context on some points you shared, we would like to share that our overall business is strong, profitable, and growing. Client changes, both additions and subtractions, are part of the normal business cycle, as is the rightsizing of our workforce through both hiring and periodic layoffs. Promotions and merit increases occur regularly and are based solely on job performance. What may appear as a knee-jerk reaction is a thoughtful and agile response to quickly changing business conditions. We can certainly improve communications to provide more context to the entire organization as changes occur.
