Pros
Was a great company with a solid collaborative culture with a great exec team. ELT team seemed to care and was involved with employees.
Cons
Company changed when the ELT and CEO were let go late 2019 and the company culture has gone downhill big time. New execs are disconnected with employees and seem to focus on their own things. Everyone is waiting for the next shoe to drop....
