Pros
- Great chance to improve yourself, and work independently - lots of reviews and constructive criticism to increase sales and personal development
Cons
- completely unprofessional, with lots of small talk - Management is terrible, Area manager's attitude completely changed based on small rumours (that I was looking for another job) - resulting in poor hours which I could not do leading to my resignation - on the last day of my contract, very unprofessional and was sent home because apparently i do not work there anymore.
