Pros
Discount on make-up, brightening lives, company or higher management provided Subway sandwiches on Black Friday and Starbucks gift cards around Christmas. The pay was better than all retail I have worked for. Training on new products is interactive and above expectations.
Cons
Hours were not many so I offered a more open schedule on weekends in order to have more hours. Gossip was of course present but it wasn't as bad as what I've heard of other make up stores. Ask lots of questions to learn products, the training before starting can be short.
