Pros
Open office for quick collaborating. Healthy snacks and not-so-healthy beer. CEO is truly a great leader, listens to each team member and wants the best not just for the company, but also for each individual. Great team of people who don't just work together, but also often hang out together outside of work. Everyone is the best at what they do, so bring your A game!
Cons
When there's conflicting priorities (which there always will be in a busy, busy office trying to change an industry), you will need to be willing to set your own boundaries and stay true to your goals so you don't get distracted.
