slow pace, tedious work, never really a chance to "move up" from the entry level position.

The people who work on the bebetter wellness product and service are great and believe in what they are doing. Most are virtual however so you don't get a lot of face time with them. The product itself has many strengths, it is a solid product but is somewhat underfunded compared to the biggest competitors. It is perfect for smaller businesses but has less features than some of the biggest wellness vendors.

Salary increases are few and far between.
