Use of personal car with no reimbursement for any wear and tear caused during travel. Driving out of the state I was contracted to work , even though it took two hours to get back home every week. Only paid a low percentage of mileage that barely covers anything especially with gas prices rising and the far trips out of state. Constantly dealing with a condescending and unhelpful management that would rather gaslight a conversation than assist you. Dealt with racist management at locations I’ve had to service, luckily their management switches out quickly at the locations you need to service. A lot of self training. You are rushed through the most important information( like how to be reimbursed on toll and parking; which I still do not know how to do) and spend hours on useless information (like what hand to use while packing jewelry)You are told you can ask for help but your better off not asking. Too much apps and A lot of technical issues! A lot of the apps they require you to use doesn’t work at their locations and they look to you to use your personal data to complete a job (which you will not be reimbursed for). A lot of work expected in a unrealistic amount of time. And very minimal pay. Constant inventories that need to be scanned individually by one person in a day (while having to attend other stores) even when it’s over 4,000 pieces. Management is very unorganized and unprofessional. Nothing is done in a timely manner and when something is set back (due to management or issues you may experience with the companies low quality tech) expect to take the blame for it. Absolutely no growth. Better off at another company. I’ve spent more money working here (and trying to maintain working here ) it just wasn’t worth it anymore. Seems minimal but made to be more stressful than it actually is.
