The company offers good employee policies, but they don't align with reality. There's no work-life balance, and employees are discouraged from maintaining a 40-hour workweek. There's constant pressure to work unsociable hours, and those seeking balance are made to feel inadequate. The interview process does not reflect the true work environment. I wouldn't recommend working here, and I am actively searching for a new job.
