      - great if you are skilled in managing upwards and blowing your own trumpet - opportunities to try internal roles but you need to network and build enough relationships

      Cons

      - stay away if you can’t deal with politics and toxic bosses or colleagues - constant restructuring - strategy nonexistent as it keeps changing - poor leadership and managers who learn to say the right thing but do nothing
