      Cons

      The company promotes “care for others,” but they don’t care about you. Benefits offered during hiring do not exist once you join. They are big fans of silent resignation. Terminations happen without explanation or feedback, and afterwards the company creates alternative reasons for the team. There is a clear lack of ethics and honesty. Salaries do not follow the Brazilian labor law. Employees in the same role receive significantly different payment. Strongly recommend to keep distance.
