      Great work/life balance. Freedom of exploring any tech stack. Many great learning resources for upskilling.

      Cons

      Company politics can act as a casual barrier to personal/project growth. Too many teams and difficulty in synchronizing - You would be probably implementing something which had already been implemented by someone else and you may never find out.
