      Big company, loads of development opportunities, exciting industry, experienced colleagues, great opportunities to move roles within the company, flexible working.

      Cons

      Very process driven, therefore sometimes reduces creativity. It takes time to get things done. Sometimes you might be stuck at the same level and find yourself in a position that it is easier to move externally.
