      Pros

      I love the culture, the people that I work with, and the work that I am able to accomplish on a daily basis. MSPs are tough, but worth it.

      Lots of tech and opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Too many in overhead roles, acting like the support center doesn't generate any of the company income. Feels like they almost take pride in grinding/chewing up and spitting out employees.
