Pros
I want to start out by saying that I left this company for a career change; if I wanted to stay in land development I would never have left. This company genuinely cares about its employees. When I was first hired someone would routinely check in with me to see how things were going; this was especially nice because as a young person entering the workforce, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. They offer very competitive pay and the work-life balance is great. Yes, there were times when we had to work longer hours to get certain projects done, but hard work never goes unnoticed here. I also really liked all the company events! I still miss those. They really bring everyone together which makes the work environment so much better.
Cons
I can't really think of any. This is a great place to work.
