Pros
Great company to work in, great team that feel like a family, everyone is there to help and support. The horizontal mindset as a business I did feel was there so that didn't matter your position in the company, everyone was listened and accounted. Good salary.
Cons
Shifts can be really tiring for the early hours or late shifts, but that's hospitality.
