Huge autonomy in how one decides to manage and prioritise their tasks. Every person’s voice is heard regardless of how much experience they have and whether they are a new employee or not Opportunities for growth and learning Extremely collaborative environment, you can dictate your own learning/growth pathway
Cons
I enjoyed every bit of my experience although a better pay could be an area of improvement but I have so much freedom in dictating my hours and work load that honestly I can’t complain
