Pros
you feel a very friendly environment, you feel very open to asking for help, it's easy to know what is going on and finding out who needs what, and you can develop easy attachments to new friends and a strive to better a company as a team. It's a great and very Dedicated company to work for it allows me to keep communications Solid between everyone and making sure our projects are done on time. They care about how you are doing which is something new to me completely, there is a variety of different projects to work with making it a different experience every time, but it prepares you to make a system to go step by step that you will use everytime you go on a project.
Cons
it is sometimes a little too relaxed, but that may be just the way I interpret things since I'm just not used to this kind of atmosphere, and no other cons but the few I have is my own fault and am working on it every day to better myself.
