It's easy to pass the job interview. People always quit and this company always need to hire a new one.
Cons
There is a strict mobile phone policy at cxLoyalty. We are supposed to turn off our phones while at work due to security reasons. One of the team leaders has her phone on at all time. The company expected us to follow the rules but the team leader does not need to. She favours the international (mainly Thai and Cantonese) agents especially when it comes to any requests or complaints. If you are English, don't bother to work for them.
