      Pros

      Contract positions, little advance experience necessary

      Cons

      Treated like chattel, not respected as professionals. On day one, we were told that they would prefer to outsource this work to India, but due to regulations, work needed to stay on site. Beyond demoralizing, management is vindictive and rude. They make little to no effort to provide even basics of professional legal environment, like office supplies or coffee.

      Pros

      Great people, including management, who allow you the freedom and flexibility to do the best work you can do. It's a trust-based environment and I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work.

      Cons

      Smaller companies lack economies of scale and this is no exception. There are pros and cons to being a small(er) company and the cons here are that we don't have a lot of resources, national name recognition, etc.

      Pros

      I had a great experience with Diversified, specifically Tammy Turner and T'Shara Tabron. I applied to a manager job and within 3 days a face to face screening was scheduled. The interview process was handled professionally and efficiently and was concluded in only 6 days. I was impressed with the communication, timeliness and relationship they had with the client from initial screening to receipt of the offer. I'd recommend any professional who's searching for a top-shelf position to engage with Diversified.

      Cons

      I have no downside to report. You will not be disappointed with Diversified.
