Great people, including management, who allow you the freedom and flexibility to do the best work you can do. It's a trust-based environment and I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work.

Smaller companies lack economies of scale and this is no exception. There are pros and cons to being a small(er) company and the cons here are that we don't have a lot of resources, national name recognition, etc.

I had a great experience with Diversified, specifically Tammy Turner and T'Shara Tabron. I applied to a manager job and within 3 days a face to face screening was scheduled. The interview process was handled professionally and efficiently and was concluded in only 6 days. I was impressed with the communication, timeliness and relationship they had with the client from initial screening to receipt of the offer.
