      5 days working week Nothing much can think of Approachable folks

      Cons

      1.Hire and fire culture, no job security. 2.Annual sales in India is about 60-70 Cr, against which they have an employee base of about 150 in India. 3.Attrition rate is too High. 4.25% salary is variable, which they haven't paid since 2018-19 5.No clear vision or strategy to grow business, as they haven't progressed beyond selling portable lights (all made in China)

      Pros

      D.light has the potential to be a meaningful global brand. Unfortunately bad management has messed it up. The ability to travel to third-world countries (which can be exciting). An exciting business opportunity

      Cons

      D.light is a very political organization, with huge egos in upper management. This hubris is costing the company its market leading position. Competitors are beginning to eat d.lights lunch.
