Pros
Hands-off approach as most work is with client sites; could be businesses, clients and customers, Flexible work opportunity, Open culture. Work is a challenge; improving customers, business base, finding and making a niche for customers or the business.
Cons
I don't like the pay, hopefully, we could reach international standards but really it could only depend on the market we live in, so just have to live with it I guess. Perhaps there's a solution but I don't exactly know or have HR/ MBA/ Management brains and it probably is above my pay grade delving into pay grades of pay, hahaha.
