Pros

I've been working for App Annie for a few months now, and I have to say that switching was probably one of the best decisions of my career. The recruitment process was fast, decisive and enjoyable, and I'm happy to say that a few months in, the company's image hasn't deviated from the initial interviews. App Annie is a very forward-thinking company that goes out of its way to stay human and connected, always placing value in their employees. The company stands by its core values. There is a continuous strive for excellence, and App Annie puts a great deal of trust in the people they hire. I've found very few egos, politics, or micromanagement, which is a huge relief in comparison to previous companies I've worked for. Their salaries are also more than fair, and come with a bunch of added benefits, such as a 90-day passport program and a sizable home setup allowance.

Cons

Not everyone is always aligned with the global vision and there's some indecisiveness and decision reversal with larger projects. There's a chance you'll be working across multiple time zones, so flexibility in your work-life balance is a must.

Pros

- Great engineering talent, true ML/AI experts - The hardest working sales team I've ever seen - #dreamteam - Rockstar CS team who handled the most difficult clients imaginable. - Platform was powered by very hard to acquire data. No easy feat to collect the data in a ever changing environment. - Company events (when we had them) were always "Premium" - Overall compensation was very competitive

Cons

- Poor CEO leadership and vision. Ted was incredibly disappointing, I would not recommend him any capacity. - Final M&A motion was extremely disappointing. Nothing like seeing your equity going to $0 overnight. Total kick in the b@lls. - Product Roadmap was driven by vanity metrics and KPIs. CPO didn't drive the roadmap with revenue and TAM expansion in mind.
