Pros
I've been working at datarockets for 5.5 years already and for the whole time I've never been bored. The company was always ready to propose to me various growth opportunities based on my interests and personal focuses. My position requires communication with the company clients and I love that these relationships are always built on respect, trust, and honesty. At datarockets, people don't use dirty tricks to attract clients or deliver the job, and it's a pleasure to represent such a company. Apart from the career growth, the atmosphere in the team is so supportive! Everyone is honest and trusting. I know that I can rely on anyone and expect understanding and help. There're not many companies out there with such a people-oriented approach and it definitely raised my personal standards.
Cons
I wish there were more companies like datarockets so that more people could work in a healthy and supportive environment.
