Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write a review. The pay structure was thoughtfully created and we’re glad you find it competitive and your peers talented.
Your comment on the diversity of our leadership team is noted, and something we’re actively working on. We hire the best possible person for the job, and as is unfortunately common in technology fields, gender diversity can be a challenge. However, we do have more diversity on the leadership team than you give us credit for.
At DataXu, we strive to make sure every employee feels valued and heard, and it sounds as if that hasn’t been your experience. We undertook a global engagement survey in Q2, which garnered a higher than industry average response rate (74%), and the leadership team has been working on improving in the areas that the survey raised as needing attention. Management is held accountable for goals stemming from this survey (e.g., management team members are asked to provide bi-monthly read-outs on how they are progressing against their engagement survey action plans). Also, we plan to re-launch the engagement survey in Q1 of 2016 to see what improvements have been made and which areas still need to be improved.
In regards to feedback from our customers, we’re constantly soliciting from them and are proud of the high level of customer interaction we have. We recently were ranked #1 by Forrester which included extensive customer feedback. This quarter we also held our first Customer Summit in New York City, with great feedback from attendees.
I hope this has addressed some of your concerns. I’m happy to discuss further if you want drop me a note.
