Pros

It's good for your CV..maybe.

Cons

Avoid this company. It operates with an outdated mindset and lacks even basic structure—there’s no real HR, no benefits, no training, and no team-building efforts. Don’t expect any support for growth or career development. You’re not treated as a creative professional but as someone to execute tasks. All key creative decisions are made by partners, and you’re left doing repetitive, mechanical work (lighting, finishing, etc.). There’s little to no room for input—what partners say is final. Management is poor and heavily micromanaging. Processes are disorganized, and there isn’t even a proper asset library in place, which slows down work and adds unnecessary frustration. Overall, it’s a rigid, uncreative environment with no clear path to improve or grow.

Pros

Great opportunity, company moving forward all your knowledge. Will meet a lot of talented artists around the world there.

Cons

Sometimes some of the projects take about a month to apply multiple corrections. Post-production takes sometimes half of the day.

Pros

Nice location if you enjoy walking.

Cons

One of the worst companies I ever worked for. You will not have set hours. You will be asked to do work outside of your job duties and will be told to come in early or leave late. No compensation. The team leaders are all partners in the company. Need to talk to HR? They’re also a partner in the company. They didn’t report my earnings correctly to the IRS, so that was a gift that kept on giving after I left. Take your chance, but be warned… don’t drink the kool-aide. Your interview will be great! But once they get you in, you are only there to increase your boss’s shares. You will be talked down to and embarrassed because it is an open floor plan and certain managers have no problem creating an unnecessary scolding without asking any questions first… and don’t expect an apology when you share all the details after they blow up…it was great fun.
