Diversity of locations worldwide. Company will go above and way beyond to get the right people in the right places...2 or 3 times, if necessary. Good 401k and medical. Steady work, tho a bit overtasked at times. Outstanding safety program. Outstanding admin support.
Cons
If you're in the upper echelon...you're in like Flint...if not, you stay on the outside looking in. Career training is on your own, no company help outside of trades.
