One of the most productive and efficient teams I've ever worked with. Great product, lots of traction, and solving real problems/needs.
Great place to learn, grow and work on something that is meaningful and impactful. If you take ownership and show that you have what it takes to lead, you can run with projects without much red tape.
Fosters growth and team work and everyone's input is respected.
Cons
There was always more we wanted to do than our resources allowed, but I'm not sure if that's necessarily a bad thing.
