      In time salary other than that we didn’t see any benefits except for management people Exposure to good projects and clients but u will be expected to work on 4 diff projects at a time and they bill for all but pay u less

      Cons

      Think twice before u join - No support for the growth , efforts you bring in to the company They only care about target and on the time of appraisal they will find a way to push you out - 15% of the employees strength already left or looked for better opportunity due to politics and no compensation growth

      Cons

      There is a lot of ownership placed on engineering leads, which can feel overwhelming during major product launches. That said, it eliminates micromanagement entirely and gives you complete creative freedom over how your team solves technical problems.
