Pros
You can learn a lot in the initial months.
Cons
The overall experience at this company has been extremely disappointing. Infrastructure is very poor and unhygienic, with frequent pest issues that are not addressed properly. Job stability is unreliable. Although a three-month notice period is mentioned on paper, it is only enforced when employees resign. In reality, people have been terminated with little to no notice and without compensation. The leadership culture is unhealthy. A small group of senior management controls decision-making, prioritizes internal politics, and benefits disproportionately from bonuses. Their communication and people-management skills are weak, and decisions often lack structure or long-term thinking. Compensation practices are unpredictable. Employees may be asked to accept sudden pay cuts, reportedly to support internal bonus structures. Oversight teams add limited value and instead create unnecessary pressure on PMs while consuming time without meaningful outcomes. I would strongly advise candidates to consider other opportunities before joining this organization.
