We do not fully agree with the concerns raised. We hire everyone by sharing our vision and mission during the interviews only and then ask them to take judgement that whether you'll be able to handle the pressure or not. The product and technology we are working on is full of challenges and operating in India has challenges in its own and we find ourselves in one of the most successful products in the market among our competition. Certainly the company does its best in providing all the support and help for handling the pressure and helping you deliver but responsibility of delivery is on employee only.
