7yWe recognize when someone is terminated it can be an emotionally difficult transition. We also understand our culture doesn’t align with everyone’s values and guiding principles. We try to do our best to ensure we demonstrate a caring, respectful and supportive environment that allows each individual to have the opportunity to express their true feelings and, unfortunately, we do have some people see this as an opportunity to punish us. When this happens we look to our 5th core value of “Take the High Road” and do not choose to persecute or blame others in the way this review attacks our culture and the close friends worked with day in and day out. We accept we had a role in the inability to meet the responsibilities and deliverables given and will look to learn how to improve our coaching and development capabilities.
