This company is a circus, Management is dishonest, spiteful and downright unprofessional. Healthy relations between colleagues is hugely discouraged, Sales Business development manger is deceitful and gossips about everyone just to gain Control- you are lucky if you ever see any commission, if they don’t lie about clients not paying then it’s something else. They lie about offering flexibility NOONE works on a hybrid or a remote model except for one person who has been there since sliced, bread, I suppose that’s the prerequisite for flexibility; YOU MUST HAVE WORKED THERE FOR 50years. THIS COMPANY IS THE PITS, do not apply!

E-merge IT benefits and comm structure sets you up to make lots of money. The business has an incredible client base and candidate database making the job a walk in the park for those willing to put in the time.

If you don't follow the methodology of the business, you won't make it. if you do you will fly... :)
