      Nice atmosphere, pretty easy and relaxing job, good benefits packages, modern technology, big game company as clienteles. Flexible working hours and pretty easy to get PTO

      Cons

      Work stability. Sometimes you just get laid off because there are no more works, or get moved to other divisions. Salary is kinda low if you compare to the same fuction in industries
