Pros

A suitable place to start a tech career, especially for internships or junior-level positions. It provides initial exposure to real-world projects and basic industry practices. There are a few supportive individuals who genuinely help in skill development and provide guidance for career growth, which can be valuable for beginners looking to build their foundation.

Cons

The biggest challenge was the narrow mindset within top management, HR, and certain senior employees, which strongly shaped the workplace culture. New employees were often expected to conform rather than contribute fresh ideas or modern perspectives. Even basic matters such as personal expression and dress code felt unnecessarily restrictive, creating an outdated and uncomfortable environment. There was a strong focus on pleasing top management rather than prioritising the quality of the products being delivered. Modern technologies and frameworks were discouraged, and there was little to no opportunity to introduce or experiment with up-to-date tools. The organisation seemed to operate with a mindset rooted in the late 2000s, which limited innovation and growth. Despite delivering high-quality work — including award-winning projects — recognition was minimal. Feedback was often centred on how things were done in the past rather than acknowledging current improvements or effort. Appreciation from managers was also not well received by top management, further demotivating teams. There was a culture where unquestioning agreement was rewarded, while skilled professionals who aimed for quality and improvement were undervalued. This created an environment that prioritised compliance over competence. Compensation was another major concern. Salary levels did not align with industry standards for the respective roles and responsibilities, and there was a noticeable gap between the workload and the remuneration provided. Even for skilled positions, the packages offered were significantly lower than what is generally expected in the current market, which often affected motivation and long-term career satisfaction.

Pros

friendly team, most of the peoples working their is very friendly and supportive

Cons

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in the IT industry. The organization is heavily influenced by internal politics, and the HR leadership doesn't shows any little concern for employee well-being. The company appears to rely heavily on interns to manage costs, often keeping them for over a year without proper promotions or career growth. Promises of promotion are repeatedly made but continuously delayed with different excuses. In some cases, once the work is completed, those interns are simply let go. I worked here as a Software Engineer for over a year, and the culture felt outdated and overly rigid—more like a school environment than a professional workplace. Employees are expected to stand when senior management enters, and basic facilities such as a proper rest area are not provided. Benefits are extremely minimal. Most product and organizational decisions are made solely at the top level, with little to no team involvement or transparency. The most disappointing aspect is the HR leadership. While candidates are treated warmly during the hiring process, there is little to no support afterward. Employee concerns are not properly addressed, and there is a clear lack of advocacy for staff well-being. Based on my experience, this is not an environment that supports growth, fairness, or employee care. I do not recommend for this place anyone.
