      Connections to industries. Exeptional smart people as consultants

      Cons

      They sell flexibility but like any agency, there is zero respect of a persons personal time. Emails on weekends are common and mainly from the CEO. Complete lack of management and direction. Focus is on making money and quiring clients at the expence of training people and giving them focus.
