Pros
Excellent team of people, easy to get along with and a great working environment. Senior management are visible and hands on. Hybrid working and flexibility makes it easier to manage work life balance. Annual bonus and salary reviews, health insurance, covering optical and dental, average pension plan. Autonomy to manage your own diary, very little micro managing and support is always available when required.
Cons
The pay is way below the market average for all roles within the business. Progression is difficult as you could be expected to take a pay cut to move up to a higher position with more responsibility and a higher workload, this is contributing to a higher staff turnover in some departments. Progression is limited and often vacancies are only advertised externally making progression difficult.
