Pros
- Open to new ideas - Give you chance to take the lead and improvise if you already have the skills/knowledge - Pantry filled with snacks - Folks in here are very friendly and happy to help you
Cons
- Stingy salary with close-to-none benefits; Annual salary increment $100 or less (not counted by %), performance bonus not fairly given (KPI target given mismatch bonus reward, bonus only based on your local office, even if you help out other countries). Only staff benefit is Medical Insurance with Co-payment of $10 each trip. - Limited growth for you to learn skills as they have a very traditional way of doing things (not very Tech-savvy, probably due to limited operational budget) - Management Team are too young and inexperienced, often with no clear direction (except for aiming higher revenue yoy, if talk about how to achieve, that question will be passed back to you). Plans go all over the place, they can ask you to start on it but midway it gets paused because Management don’t know how to handle it and gets halted in the end. Not very ideal if you are looking to learn from management team - Provide OJT training or learn from Seniors but no other external upgrading or upskill courses
