Selfish and careless management - Senior Software Engineer eGovernments Foundation Employee Review

All senior leaders have made money in previous ventures and this job is only ego boosting for them. There are no career plans and no appreciation and reward apart from fixed salary. Lot of fighting between leaders and no clarity. Everyone is busy just following orders and no focus on future. Not good place to learn about domain or software skills. Lot of old timers have not left and are creating problems for juniors and taking undue advantage of present job scenario
