Politely reject all your requests make you feel the most important employee once you are about to resign

there are plenty but let me mention few 1) managment is fully biased 2)fake promises will be made 3)no learning no growth 4)you will work hard but will never be appreciated 5)did i not mention about being biased and partial with the employees 6) salary is on time but make sure to make you feel that you are not worth any penny 7)will give all the ears to your issues but will never give you the satisfactiory solutions 8)if you want your self motivation to fall off the radar you can work here

There are pros at all. Believe me this is the worst company you can even think of working for.

This is the worst company with the worst environment ever. It is just pure hell to work in. They don't give you salary at time. Too much politics. Managers treat you as if they are the owners of the company. Whatever was promised during the interview never happened. The offer letter is like an insurance policy where very small thing in small letters which the managers make full use of to harass the employees. Please prefer to be jobless rather than working in this company.
