Cons
The pay is severely low for industry standards. There is a lot of lack of direction on the sales team. Sales management is great, but they are always inaccessible and unavailable. There are never any quotas to hit or any real pipeline prediction. Lots of disorganization could be fixed by better communication inside and outside of the sales team.
