Pros

Hard work pays off here. Senior management takes an interest in making sure clients are taken care of and makes sure employees have the training and tools they need to succeed. Insurance benefits. Awesome co-workers. Love working here.

Cons

There really aren't any cons working here. They have an open door policy. Managers really listen to the employees. They are always finding new ways to improve their sales and operations systems to make everything more efficient and better for everyone. Clients really win here.

Pros

There are not many companies that will not only listen to an employee's suggestions but actually let take them into consideration. The teams in this company get along and make it a joy to come to work. Great company that is set to do big things in the online marketing world.

Cons

As with working anywhere in Southern California, the drive can be a pain but nothing too unbearable.

Pros

You can eat and drink at your desk. 10Minute break every 2 Hours. Nice stable hours. 7am to 3:30pm. No Micro-Managing (surprisingly). Very nice work environment. Great Pay along with getting paid Weekly. I enjoyed my time working here but as with all Tele-marketing Jobs the job itself starts to take a toll on you and eventually the stress becomes horrible at times due to quota's having to be met that seem impossible at times. Also if your sick or need to leave early you will not be disciplined for it. Just expected to make up the work when you do come back. Lots of freedom at this Job.

Cons

The requirement to close 2 deals a day is a bit hard since you had to get a person's Credit Card. It's worse since your cold calling them. The SEO/PPC/Ad Words market is SATURATED right now so competition is stiff. Hated how if they didn't stay the 2nd Month it made you look bad. No proper training at all. Lots of new people came in and got fired in less than a week due to not having the proper training to complete the Job. It's also a Numbers game. You don't start showing numbers the first Week or if you have a bad Month expect to be gone. Management plays Favorites.
