Nothing pros, they won't give salary also !!!their center's are run by own family members , it's like FOR THE FAMILY, BY THE FAMILY, TO THE FAMILY EXCEPT HARD WORK BY PEOPLE WORKING UNDER THEM.... people keep leaving coz of the same issue no one stays except the family member running the centre more than 3 months..don't believe the nice words and attractive figures they tell in interview

They say a salary date. On that day they will give a post dated cheque of next month., So salary is always 25 days of last month, and whatever incentives they promise will be eaten by themselves never given to u., They expect u to work 24/7 but still won't be happy

There is not even single reason which i suggest anyone to work there. This is the worst company i ever seen. All management stuffs like Directors n Managers are biggest fraud. the statements at joining time can change according requirement of Director n management. the value of words are no mean for them.

The biggest problem i have faced with this company, was salary. they don't want to pay. they want that the employee will work for free. In appointment letter They will mention the date of salary. Which will never follow. And one interesting thing they will give you the Cheque on Sunday or Holidays. They are not under rules of ur appointment letter. but if u need some relaxation. They will start talking about All India's Law.
