* You can grow and work your way up the company latter * You are never get bored because there are always things to get done to help grow the company * Young team full of fun people * You get hands on experience with your opinion being important and heard * You learn and dive deep into the Food industry * You get to schedule how to want to work out your various projects that need to get done which is nice * This is overall a great place to grow professionally, inquire Microsoft skills, and customer service skills.
Cons
* Hard to wake up for work because I am not a morning person (we have to be here by 6 am) * The amount of things we need to do and keep track of can get a little stressful * At times you stay a little later or take work home but that is not too often thankfully
