Pros
Having a voice in a company, especially one you're passionate about really matters. ePublishing provides many avenues to voice your opinions and concerns making you feel not only a part of the team but a valued part of that team. Family is also very important at ePublishing on two fronts. The fact that it feels like a family and the fact that the company is actively engaged in making sure you are taking time to be with your family. Too many employers take advantage of your time, leaving loved ones to suffer, but ePublishing is exactly the opposite!
Cons
I've been here for over 2 years and the one thing I have never lacked in was work to be done. Some of it is work I invented for myself to help drive the company, and other work has been added to my list by our leadership or my normal duties, regardless, there is always plenty to do and not near enough time to do it. Good problem to have I suppose.
