Pros
The thing I miss the most is the people. Everyone at ePublishing was great to work with. If I could've brought them all with me, I would have.
Cons
The pay wasn't competitive, and with rising costs of living, it was imperative to have a competitive salary. Otherwise, I would've stayed another decade.
