- Weak leadership who will not question authority.
- Old school thought process, especially in sales. But they refuse to see leadership as the issue and continue to fire TOP talent.
- Inability to take feedback from employees. ‘Be Transparent’ as long as it agrees with current agenda.
- Morally questionable sales and retention practices. The favored term in MEETINGS is ‘Catching them with their pants down’
- Nepotism abounds. From a spouse in leadership to family friends who are inept, relatives who get special positions created for them, and an old buddy who gets a promotion after driving the entire sales into the ground.
- Unethical hiring/firing practices.
- Never accepts failure, just moves the needle to create an appearance of success.
- Complete lack of trust in employees which means a paranoid vibe abounds.
- Lack of Diversity, ESPECIALLY in management.
- Terrible Team Culture: specifically interdepartmental. Again the fault of leadership for fostering us vs you mentality.
The list could go on and on, but the funny thing is the only result will be that you won’t apply for a job here, and leadership will send out emails ripping this feedback apart... Think about that, an entire team of leaders of whom the majority will see no good feedback from all these 1-star reviews.
