Pros

only the team members are helpful and friendly.. nothing else

Cons

A labour camp running by a bunch of dictators who keep telling everytime there is light at the end of the tunnel :p :D.. what a big joke.. you people are always talking about there will be a great future after this pandemic ends ..okay so good.. but how you gonna achieve it !!! by sacking your employees who always keep loyal to this organization or by cutting their salaries ?? tell na.. ohh yeah you got the answer right.. "to keep this organization alive we have to take this hard decision".. bravo I understand your views man. you are such a hardcore ..man you deserve a grand salute.. but do you people ever think about this how a office looks like without its employees?? okay... now you people always talking about lights cool!! How you gonna get this guys when you can't afford a sun anymore!!! hmm?? And dear management, when you people shut your office and advised us to go for a garden leave , do paintings ,spent good time with our family bla bla bla bla!! its sounds good to us then , when we have a huge bank balance or no shortage of foods.. but in a empty stomach its sounds like sooooo devilish..you people never understand this.. okay bye enjoy this garden leave seasion stay safe and keep fooling your future employees like this.. :) :p

Pros

Competition is just as bad. You'll enjoy the job if you like cold calling for a living. They lend you a computer. Benefits are Ok.

Cons

Glorified telesales work environment. Products are now commodities. No technology difference from competition. Very Little integration with other hotel systems. Marketing done out of India. - No clue how to generate interest in products. Top management completely out of touch. I would be surprised if the company doesn't get sold...If anybody would want to buy it. Lots of dissatisfied employees waiting to jump given the right opportunity.
